ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets visitors and guests as if they were guests in your home ensuring they get connected with the appropriate Torani team member
- Answers incoming calls with an upbeat voice, directing callers to the appropriate individual/department
- Provides back-up support to customer service
- Ensures meeting rooms, workspaces and offices are clean, comfortable and supplied with appropriate materials
- Works with Torani team members to coordinate conference room schedules and places food orders (when needed for meetings)
- Ensures office equipment is operating at an optimal level by troubleshooting problems when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; some college education preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in reception and office services
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and team oriented
- Planning, organizing and time management skills
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible
- Always ready to have a little fun!
